OFFICIAL QUASSIA - (genus) - is a wild crafted herb that grows naturally in Jamaica and it draws all of its nutrients from the earth naturally. Official Palo Mulato bark is referred to by Common Names: Amargo, Bitter-Ash, Bitter Wood, Bitterwood, Bois Amer, Cayenne's quinquina, Cuasia, Écorce de Quassia, Jamaican Bitterwood Tree, Jamaican Quassia, Palo de Cuasia, Pao Tariri, Picrasma, Picrasma excelsa, Quassia amara, Quassia Amer, Quassia Bark, Quassia de Jamaïque, Quassia de Surinam, Quassia excelsa, Quassia Wood, Ruda, Simaruba, Simarubabaum, Simaba, Surinam Quassia, Surinam Wood, Suriname Wood

Preparation (How to Use): Boil root preferably in spring. 1/4 Cup of bark to 1 liter or water. Boil at medium to high heat for 15-25 minute. Bark can be used 5-7 times or more until it loses its color. You can drink unsweetened or add agave or date sugar. Keep in mind that processed sugar is not ideal for healthy circulation so use alkaline sweeteners if possible.
